Established in 2011, The Salt Foundation is a not-for-profit disability service and support organisation providing programs that promote a state of physical, social and mental well-being for people, families and communities.

We have been working in the NDIS almost since it’s inception and have identified the need for quality Support Workers who are able to provide care and compassion to our participants.

We run several community projects, in Australia and around the world.

What makes us unique as a charity is that rather than depending on donations, we raise money for our community projects through our NDIS work.
